    Food was great. The outside of the restaurant was inviting. The inside of the place was a bit dull. Not as vibrant as other Pollo Tropical's that I have visited. Still, worth a try if you're willing to try a good satisfying Hispanic meal as a quick bite ata decent price. I promise that it will not disappoint.

    Food is good. The wait is long to get a tropichop and 1/4 chicken meal. The atmosphere is ok. Nothing to brag about.

    Most funniest thing I ever saw last night. The grill caught on fire and everyone was watching as if they did not know what to do. Manager had to come into the kitcheband tell workers to throw water on grill to out fire. I find this location is best when food is freshly cooked. Food quality is definitely not what it used to be

    Ordered polo bites. They thought it was ok to serve me this nasty , cold chicken even after I told the cashier to please make sure they were hot . Asked for my money back and not even apology from the so called manager on duty. Shame on y'all

    Review of the 3.99 lunch special. I found it very limited, cannot choose yellow rice, the chicken came from “its a small small world”these are the skinniest pieces of cooked chicken i have seen. After adding 1 regular drink, and 2 small pieces of dinner rolls , total:7.07$ Very dissapointed, Kfc beats it w their 5.00$ deals by a mile!
